Currently having the exact same problem, things can be subscribed to in the workshop but do not appear in the downloads. I’ve never had issues with steam modding tho I can’t imagine it being a hard fix. I had to spend 1 hour one day just to get it to launch because it wouldn’t work for no reason. It basically takes Civ 6’s gameplay and zooms way in on the Ancient and Classical eras "from the Dawn of Time to the fall of Rome," keeping the same game pace and roughly the same number of civics and technologies to unlock. ago Reinstall the game maybe L4d2 has been a bitch to get to run in general.
Anti-cheat is disabled, I've cleared the download cache, but it's still not working. This is one of the most involved mods I’ve ever seen.
